Q: When will you set up?

A: We will arrive to set up 1 hour before your event starts.

Q: What kind of props do you offer?

A: Our props vary depending on the event theme, birthday, wedding, holiday, etc. We always include fun glasses, hats, disco balls, boas and other popular items.

Q: Do you set up outside?

A: No, we require our equipment to be indoors only to be protected from the sun and weather, but may be used if under a large enclosed canopy tent.

Q: What areas do you service?

A: We provide service throughout Metro Detroit and surrounding areas, our home base is zip code 48146 and $1 per mile is charged after 15 miles outside of this area

Q: Do you provide an attendant to help during the event?

A: This is for a drop off and pick up booth, no attendant will be provided.

Q: How does the photo booth work?

A: Our photo booth offers a very user friendly design that guides the user through the process. With the touch of a button the camera countdown starts, pose for your images, and touch the share button at the end of your session to send your photos to either email or text. As long as a strong wifi signal is available, guest will immediately receive their images.

Q: Are prints included?

A: No prints are offered, digital images only. You may send your photos to a printer after your event as you'll have your entire album.

Q: What is required from the venue to set up the booth?

A: We require an 8' x 8' space, with a minimum of 7.5' of ceiling clearance for the Photo Booth. An electrical outlet is also needed within 10 ft of the booth or you must rent our portable battery pack to provide electricity to the booth. Wifi is needed to send photos immediately, if Wifi is not available, photos will be sent as soon as connection is made again when we arrive back to our office.

Q: What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

A: The $100 deposit is non-refundable. Any request for a date change must be made at least 2 weeks in advance of the original event date. You can read more in our policies here.

Q: How do I receive my event’s photo album or audio files after the event?

A: Within 24 hours of your event, we will contact you with a link to your entire album or files.
